2023 AGM – The Club needs your expertise
DO YOU HAVE ANY KNOWLEDGE OF IT EQUIPMENT TO ASSIST WITH ZOOM?
The 2023 AGM will be held on 18 November, at Dunston Hall in Norfolk. Our aim is to encourage as many members as possible to attend in person, or through a Zoom connection if they cannot make it to the conference.
The Club needs to source the correct equipment to enable everyone to follow the proceedings, either through their PC/etc at home, or in the conference itself. Remote speakers will be projected by Zoom on to a screen in the conference room and we need audio-visual equipment to facilitate the Zoom aspect. Cost will be an important factor.
Are you able to advise/recommend suitable equipment? We need remote speakers to be displayed on the screen, and conference speakers to be filmed and transmitted through Zoom. We’ll also need audio equipment to broadcast both remote and conference room speakers. Any recommended equipment must be compatible with both Apple and PC.
