On our TMD 41A engines there is a throttle cable adjustment nut at the fuel pump. Adjustment will shorten the length of the throttle cable and thus increase revs. If that system is applicable to your engines then just adjust the cable to shorten it a bit which will increase the revs on that engine. We have Volvo tmd 41 A engines in our broom 10/70. You could simply increase the revs by adjusting the cable screw on the throttle adjusting cable either at the engine end or at the morse lever control at the helm.

Hi Claus. I have used Seaglaze from Rackheath near Norwich for marine windows in four of my boat builds – they are quality windows – you would need to send them a hardboard template of the cut out in the boat for the new windows.

When adjusting the packing gland you need to loosen the lock nut on the gland. Tap on the corner of the lock nut with a hammer and that will loosen it. Its the way all boatyards do.
